List of all planning of expenses and revenues for future period of time refers as Budget for whom person, group, family, country, industrial, government etc. it’s estimate of money planning. As per planning of money for country very import concept in which depends of profit and loss. We are going to focus on Indian Budge.


We can divide three type of budget for understanding well.

1. In the good budget, is predictable profit more than expenses?
2. In the Balanced Budget, profit expected equal to expenses.
3. In poor budget, revenues less than expense means end of plan got losses.


The first budget of Independent India was presented on November 26, 1947 by India's first Finance Minister Sir R.K. Shanmugham Chetty. Since then, 28 Union Finance Ministers have been presenting the budget every year. Much attention was given to the sectors including the agricultural, industrial, financial and other sectors. Budget highlights were related to the public sector and public finance which include taxation, inflation, public savings and more which factors are very near connected to our Indian stock market. Through Indian budget, we can estimate budget of our portfolio.

Form the budget; you can check inflation, GDP (gross domestic production, taxation, public saving and more & more… Most effects of budget give the impression of being upon our stock market. Ended of year, all country prepares them own budget for expensing next year. Center points of expense against returns are estimated budget. It’s divided into two face include one face is Railway budget & second face is Financial Budget being generally in the January month. A very influence can looks some sectors on the stock market of financial budget.
